Second grant for ARK engines

We are delighted to announce that the Alan Goodenough Charitable Trust has donated us the remaining £8,000 needed for the ARK's two new Mercury engines with Brixham's Laywell Matthey Trust having given us a £10,000 grant last month. We are extremely grateful for both of these donations which will ensure many years service from the ARK, one of our best used vessels. We would like to give a round of applause for Tonto Marine which gave us great advice when we were deciding what to do about the ARK engines, and which fitted the engines and will provide us with a five year service plan. Here's to many happy years exploring the beautiful River Dart! Thanks again to the three organisations above which have made it happen - we are truly grateful.
