Model boat challenge!

Our members enjoyed a very entertaining afternoon sailing model boats at Dolphin Boatyard and were struck by how much skill and concentration are needed. Torbay Model Yachters club which has a course adjacent to the main pontoon lent their facilities to us enabling members to seize control and go sailing! Chief sailing instructor Anna says" We had a sparkling afternoon's fun trying our hands courtesy of the Torbay Model Yachters.

Much hilarity as boats wove interesting courses in inexperienced hands - it took a lot of concentration! Many thanks to those who showed us to sail their beautiful model yachts."
