The Royal Dart Yacht Club is hosting a race day and supper to support the Eddystone Pursuit Challenge on 10th June with gentle racing during the day and an evening meal. If you would like to attend and support this fantastic cause please contact RDYC direct to book places. Our member Chris Smith is taking part in the Eddystone event on 17th June aboard his yacht Linnea. £20,000 prize money goes to nominated charities and we are hoping to set up an online CAF campaign on our website soon although if you would like to support Chris you can donate on line in the normal way (please use reference Eddystone). The adventure starts in Plymouth with sailors rounding the Eddystone lighthouse before sailing back to Plymouth, a round voyage of 26 miles. Chris says: "Any donation you can make towards achieving our target would be greatly appreciated."
