Crux Craft Fair 2026 - help needed

The Crux Craft Fair is an annual event which takes place at the Rattery Village Hall. This year it is open from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th November. The Fair celebrates the best southwest craft and designer-makers. In all, there will be 31 carefully-selected designer-makers from across the south-west. A full list of the exhibitors can be found on the Crux Craft Fair website at Crux Craft Fair 2026 Exhibitors.
The organisers run a truly unique raffle over the 3 days of the Fair. Each stall holder donates a piece of their art / craft for the raffle which ensures a range of distinctive and great value prizes. Each year the organisers nominate a charity to receive all the proceeds from the raffle tickets and this year Dart Sailability is honoured to be the nominated charity.
In return, the organisers invite the charity to help advertise the event, and then attend and sell the raffle tickets. So the more support we can give, especially attending and selling raffle tickets, the greater the funds raised.
Dawn will be coordinating our support.
The initial need is for members to help with giving out leaflets advertising the Fair. This will take place near Totnes market from 10:30 to 11:30 on Saturday 7th, 14th and 21st November.
Then the aim is for members to volunteer to sell raffle tickets for a couple of hours on one or more of the 3 days of the Fair:
Friday 27th November12-6
Saturday 28th November10-5
Sunday 29th November10-4
If you are able to help with any of these activities please get in touch with Dawn either via the dedicated WhatsApp Group “Crux Craft Fair 2026”, or by email to rotasec@dartsailability.org
Please also encourage friends and family to attend – there may be that perfect Christmas present waiting to be found.
Parking and entry are free and there will be disabled parking near the entrance.
