We've just heard some lovely news for Christmas - DSG has been awarded £1,000 from the Movement for Good's 12 Days of Giving grant programme. The funds will be sent to us in the New Year and will go towards our operating costs which will be about £30,000 next year. It is far easier to raise money towards a boat or some sails than raise funds for the boring but necessary stuff like hoist servicing, fuel and insurance costs so this grant will be really useful for keeping us all out on the water safely!
