Sizzling in the sun

It was a beautiful evening on the river on Wednesday for our sausage sizzle.

Over 30 members went ashore onto Gurrow Point and gathered round the campfire.

And Herbie came too!

There were hotdogs aplenty (once Bob had retrieved half the sausages he had left in his fridge) and delicious cake and cookies - thank you Janet and Pam.

Professor Chrystie once again brought along his rocket launcher but try as we might, no-one managed to hit Gerry on the head. Andrew did a sterling job collecting the missiles.

Huge thanks to all the volunteers for their time and hard work ensuring everyone had a lovely evening. Another great team effort!
