Saturday Fun in the Sun

PS Waverley

The ARC trip downriver was perfectly timed to rendezvous with Waverley, the last seagoing passenger paddle steamer in the world, as she came into Dartmouth on Saturday.

The river was very busy with lots of other vessels enjoying the May bank holiday sunshine.

Sailors Paul and Chris each had a turn at the helm.

Meanwhile back at Galmpton there was gentle Durston racing (when the wind appeared!) for the Hansas. Adili and Pat led the 303s in both races.
